1. Introduction

Welcome to Maybank – Aqiqah4u Qurban Platform which operates by Arovis Global Sdn. Bhd. (referred to as the “Company” or “we”).

These Terms of Service (referred to as the “Terms” or “Service Terms”) govern the use of our website registered under the name aqiqah4u.my (services collectively or separately) operated by Arovis Global Sdn. Bhd.

Our Privacy Policy also governs the use of our services and explains how we collect, protect, and disclose information generated from your use of our web pages.

Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy (“Agreement”). You acknowledge that you have read and understood the Agreement, and agree to be bound by it.

If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) the Agreement, then you may not use the Service, but you may notify us by sending an email to [email protected] so that we can try to find a solution. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if there is fraud or unauthorized or unlawful transaction.

4. Purchase

With a purchase on this site, the Service Provider agrees to provide, sell, and process the purchased product service. As for the Buyer, they agree to purchase according to the registration form in the selected quantity at the price the customer has agreed to purchase (“Service”).

Customers will pay the Service Provider for the Service and for all obligations stated in this Agreement. The agreed purchase amount is in Malaysian Ringgit as stated in the registration form.

5. Contests, Lucky Draws, and Promotions

Any contests, lucky draws, or other promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) provided through the Service may be governed by separate rules from these Terms of Service. If you participate in any Promotion, please review the relevant rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms of Service, the Promotion rules will apply.

6. Refunds

No refunds will be processed once payment has been made, and orders will be processed as per the initial order and payment.

7. Contents

Our service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other materials (“Content”). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
