Customer Actions: The Customer selects the whole livestock option, and is presented with the types of livestock, the location where Qurban will occur, and the price.

Aqad Execution: The Bai’ Salam Aqad (Ijab from the customer and Qabul from the Seller) is available on the platform and is considered concluded immediately upon payment completion by the customer through various channels (e.g: Maybank2u, FPX, Credit/Debit Card, etc.).

Aqiqah4u.my’s Agreement: Agrees to sell the livestock to the Customer. This sale adheres to the Shariah requirements of Bai’ Salam, specifically the conditions for the subject matter of Salam (Al-Muslam Fihi).

• Wazni Ma’lum: The weight range of the livestock is clearly specified.
• Kaili Ma’lum: The livestock meets the minimum Shariah requirements for Qurban (i.e., 2 years and above, healthy, free from any disease). These qualities will be determined according to customary practices and the Aqiqah4u.my’s expertise.
• Ajali Ma’lum: The delivery time is certain. Delivery will typically occur during the Aidil Adha and Tasyrik days (i.e., 10-13 Dzul Hijjah). Upon delivery, Aqiqah4u.my takes possession of Al-Muslam Fihi on the customer’s behalf. A tagging system ensures clear ownership tracking.

Addressing Gharar: To minimize uncertainty (Gharar), all of the above information is disclosed to the customer on the Akad Statements page at the time of Aqad execution.

Customer Appointment: The Customer appoints Aqiqah4u.my as their agent (Muwakkil) to perform the entire Qurban process on the livestock. This includes:

• Taking delivery of Al-Muslam Fihi on the designated delivery date.
• Slaughtering the livestock (1) Within the permissible timeline (i.e., 10-13 Dzul Hijjah). (2) At an appropriate location (slaughterhouses, mosques, villages, etc.). (3) Distributing Qurban meat to eligible recipients.

Customer Option: Aqiqah4u.my will offer the option of purchasing whole stocks or portions of cattle (e.g., 1/7th of a whole animal).

Customer Consent: The customer must explicitly consent

• Wholestock: Appointed Aqiqah4u.my absolutely for the Qurban execution from choosing the animal, slaughtering and distributing.
• Portion: To the consolidation of 7 participants into a group that will jointly purchase a whole sacrificial livestock (cattle or camel) on the basis of Musha’ (apportionment),
